High Tech Lights, LLC designs, develops, manufactures and markets general illumination (lighting) products that exclusively use light emitting diodes (LEDs) as their light source. High Tech Lights has recently relocated to Las Vegas, NV after being headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii for the past 4 years. Las Vegas, Nevada was chosen because of its proximity to major Southwest markets and the Pacific Rim, and its green business-friendly environment. We have been working closely with the Nevada Commission on Economic Development and the Nevada Development Authority, in order to develop a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility within the next year. High Tech Lights already utilizes the longest quality control check process in the industry, and looks forward to even more direct control over its product when all manufacturing takes place within the USA.
Over the last four years, High Tech Lights has developed a stable of products such as UL Listed, solid-state lighting replacements for T8 fluorescent tubes and Par38 flood lamps which can simply be screwed into existing fixtures. High Tech Lights has also developed many proprietary designs that have positioned the company at the leading edge of the solid-state lighting (SSL) industry. High Tech Lights lighting products save up to 90% of the energy used by a comparable incandescent bulb and some can also be connected to computers. In some cases, High tech Lights products can save even more using Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology (S.M.A.R.T.). In addition, these products will soon proudly display Made in America.

Mr. Jones is Founder and CEO of HTL Optoelectronic Technology LLC. A seasoned veteran of the LED lighting industry, bringing expert technical knowledge to the research and design of new and innovative products. Mr. Jones Hi-Tech background, forward thinking and his unique eye for new & emerging technology solutions for some of the problems and issues in the LED lighting industry. Tony was the first person to submit the LED T8 fluorescent bulb replacement to UL for certification at a cost of $120,000. HTL currently has 30 products, all with UL and ETl listings and patent pending solutions, waiting for the US manufacturing facility to launch. Tony was the former CIO of WiFi Japan, the US company that introduced WiFi technology to Japan, where it was adopted by Buffalo Technologies. Founder of Mac Support Services in Hawaii, a computer repair service and data recovery company. In 1997 Tony opened Seattle's first Internet Cafe and Art Gallery. In Hawaii, Tony was the GM for a successful chain of coffee stores. After taking over as GM, retail sales went up 40%.

Mr. Mitchell has over 40 years of top-level management experience across industries as diverse as department stores, jewelry stores and the construction industry, culminating in managing 34 stores across 6 states with over 400 employees. He spent 15 years with Sears Roebuck Corporation and managed an entire region of Whitehall jewelry stores in the Northeast when the 9-11 tragedy occurred. Despite the national recession that occurred thereafter, the stores under Mr. Mitchell’s management increased sales by 40%. Mr. Mitchell’s decision to retire to Hawaii lasted only until he met Tony Jones and he became passionate about the opportunity to “change the world, one bulb at a time.”

· Operate as an important colleague on a senior management team.
